MNAG | About Our ACCA Regulated UK Accounting Practice
Professional, jargon-free financial partnership for small businesses and directors.

Professional support, built around how you work.
Welcome to MNAG. We are a modern, tech-enabled accounting and bookkeeping practice dedicated to supporting small businesses, sole traders, and independent professionals across the United Kingdom.
Our founder, Mahalingam Narayanaswamy (Maha for short), brings over 13 years of frontline accountancy and financial audit experience to your business. Having spent over a decade working inside major global networks and fast-paced mid-market practices, Maha established MNAG to take that exact high-level expertise and make it accessible, affordable, and practical for everyday UK business owners.
In almost any industry, you are boxed into three or four restrictive categories. Economy, Business, or First Class. Hatchbacks, Coupes, or Family Carriers. Standard accounting firms often try to fit your unique business into one of these rigid boxes too and while it helps them scale, it rarely helps you grow.
At MNAG Limited, we believe it should not be like that. Our practice was formed specifically to fit our flexible cloud services around you, our client. You will always define the shape and category of your service at MNAG.
Managing your business finances should never be a source of stress. Our mission is simple: we handle the complex world of tax regulations, bookkeeping, and compliance so that you can focus entirely on what you do best. We operate with absolute transparency, offering clear communication in plain English with zero confusing accounting jargon.
Our Professional Standards & Accreditations
MNAG Limited is an official practice fully regulated by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). This means our work is bound by the highest professional, ethical, and quality frameworks in the UK financial industry.
When you partner with us, you can rest assured that your business accounts are managed by qualified experts who stay completely up to date with changing UK tax laws, HMRC guidelines, and Companies House regulations.
